The Highways England and Kier Highways team have made ongoing commitments to improve the Road Network Strategy across all of Area 9. With an increase in staff and resource additional office space and upgrades are a familiar requirement across their Midlands depots
Our works included all lighting, small power, ventilation, air conditioning, distribution of services and testing and commissioning throughout the building.
In specialist areas we were responsible for door access control systems, installation of mechanical items such as sinks, showers and associated pipework.
Other specialist items included generator relocation, air handling unit reconfiguration, ductwork alterations and small associated building works to working areas.
All areas were tested and certified post completion of works and have since been verified by the ECA as a project of good practice.
SOLJET were the approved M&E contractor facilitating works on a New Kier Highways Depot at Strensham, Worcester.
