The Solution
SOLJET were proud to be chosen by Cash Access UK, on behalf of Integral, to breathe new life into a disused Holland & Barrett on Warwick High Street - transforming it into a vibrant new community banking hub. This 115m² space was completely reimagined, now featuring sleek glazed meeting rooms, secure offices, an accessible WC, and a modern staff kitchenette. Beyond the main transformation, SOLJET tackled dormant parts of the building and delivered a full external refresh, turning a forgotten corner of the high street into a welcoming centre of financial support.
Summary
This transformation began with a full strip-out—walls, ceilings, and partitions removed to make way for a complete reconfiguration, including previously mothballed areas brought back to life under current building regs. SOLJET installed brand-new mechanical and electrical systems from the ground up: modern lighting, power, data, HVAC, hot and cold water, and specialist low-voltage distribution all tailored to future banking operations.
Inside, the space took shape with fresh ceilings, new flooring, and carefully planned partitioning aligned with a revised fire strategy. A high-security office was built with reinforced walls, alongside a sleek glazed meeting room fitted with a secure access door—ready-made for confidential banking conversations.
Delivered in just six weeks and to budget, the project is a testament to SOLJET’s smart value engineering and solutions-led approach to fast-track success.
