SOLJET were appointed by Colas who are the incumbent FM provider for National Highways Area 9 facilities to upgrade offices and operative welfare facilities at their Coleshill depot.
The Solution
SOLJET provided a complete turnkey design and build service to transform outdated cellular offices into an open plan modern working environment. The operative welfare facilities were in very poor condition and under provided for the number of staff and the developing trend of employment of female operatives in the network.
The works were completed to a very tight budget and the end client is most satisfied with the end product and the way it has transformed the working environment and morale of the employees.
